戦後最悪の極右ファシズム政権下、終わりの見えないpost truthの時代に生まれたハードコアパンクバンド、NUISANCE。
2019年9月の初ライブを皮切りに、札幌を中心にハイペースな活動を展開。
3枚のデモCD-Rを立て続けに発表した後に、2020年4月、初の流通音源となる本作「ROUNDABOUT」をリリース。
新自由主義に蹂躙される地方都市の閉塞感を描き出したタイトル曲 ”ROUNDABOUT” を筆頭に、メッセージ性の強い全5曲が並んだ。
絡み合うツインボーカルを全面に打ち出しながら驀進するその音楽性は日本のHARDCORE PUNKに根ざしていことは誰が聴いても確信するところだが、随所に織り込まれた60s、70sサイケデリックなアプローチがプリミティブな衝動をより匂い立たせている。

NUISANCE, a hardcore punk band born in the era of endless post truth under the worst extreme right-wing fascist regime after the war in Japan.
Starting with their first live in September 2019, they have been developing activities around Sapporo.
After releasing three demo CD-Rs one after another, in April 2020, the first distribution work "ROUNDABOUT" was released.

The title song "ROUNDABOUT", which depicts a sense of blockade in a local city violated by neo-liberalism, was the first to be listed, along with five songs with a strong message.

Everyone is convinced that the musicality that rushes while punching twin vocals intertwine is rooted in HARDCORE PUNK in Japan, but a psychedelic approach like 60s, 70s enhances their primitive urge.
